Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of payment unless there is a complication with your order, in which case you will be immediately notified. Items within an order may be shipped separately depending on current stock availability. 

Please allow for longer processing times during/after holidays, sales or special events. We do not guarantee arrival of orders in time for any holidays, birthdays etc. as delivery times may vary.

We offer free worldwide shipping if your order total is $25 or more. For orders less than this amount, a flat shipping rate of only $4.95 is applied.

Due to varying product inventory across our different supplier warehouses, items within an order may be shipped separately and arrive at slightly different times. Please contact us at any time for an update on your order status.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from when the order is received. After this period expires, we cannot offer any refund or exchange. We do not accept returns for any sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. 


Refunds can only be granted if the item belongs to any of the conditions listed below.

  • Defective Item - in the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s). Once we have received the item(s), depending on whether you choose to receive a refund or an exchange, you will be reimbursed for your item and any shipping costs.
  • Received a Wrong Item - in the event that you received a wrong item(s), we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s) back we will ship out the correct item(s) and you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs.
  • Missing Item - in the event that you are missing item(s) in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days, depending on current stock availability.

No refund or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting Customs fees.*


Exchanges are only granted within 14 days from when the order is received. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. If the specified exchange is no longer available, an alternative or refund will be granted. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for sale items.




*International orders can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
